Over the long Martin Luther King Day weekend, Waco Inc. swapped out a rusty cooling tower behind Goochland High School for a new one. They still have a lot of work to get it functioning but our Director of Facilities, Todd Steeley, said they did a great job in a tight space. This project is being funded 50% with a state construction grant and 50% with a state-allocated American Rescue Plan ventilation grant.
