The Goochland County Public School Division offers a variety of programs and services designed to prepare students for quality citizenship and learning in the 21st century. These programs cover specific offerings with regard to Special Education, Gifted & Talented and Enrichment, Alternative Education, Career and Technical Education, Pre-Kindergarten Programs, Governor’s School opportunities at both the Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School in Richmond and through the Blue Ridge Virtual Governor’s School. There are multiple opportunities for dual enrollment through Reynolds Community College and advanced placement courses, including our Advanced College Academy open to all students, providing the opportunity to graduate with an Associates of Science degree through Reynolds.
