Rain Can’t Stop the River Otters! 🌧️🦦 Field Day fun is still going strong — just indoors! Our amazing PE teacher, Mr. Baker, has transformed the gym into a hub of excitement with creative and active stations to keep our Otters moving and smiling. Classroom teachers are loving the extra space and joining in with their own rainy day fun. 🏃‍♂️💪 Shoutout to the incredible 13 boys in 4th and 5th grades at Goochland Elementary School who have been training hard each week after school as part of the Let Me Run program! This amazing group has been building stamina, friendships, and confidence through running and teamwork. Yesterday, their hard work paid off as they crossed the finish line in a culminating 5K run! We’re so proud of their dedication, perseverance, and positive spirit!🏁👏

✨GLOW DAY MAGIC!✨ On Friday, May 2nd, Ms. Carr and Ms. Lind's 2nd and 3rd grade classes lit up their learning—literally! Their classrooms transformed into glowing, black-light spaces where students reviewed and applied reading and math skills through fun, hands-on activities. Midday, the excitement continued with a special Buddy Challenge—a collaborative event to strengthen friendships and celebrate the incredible partnership between these two amazing classrooms. 💡📚🤩 Way to shine, Otters!
